He'll need to be able to prove that he intends to return to Morocco before his visa expires. That shouldn't be too difficult if he can produce a contract to continue playing for the Morocco team in the next season!!

Thank you, YES he has a contract with his Moroccan Club and its still valid until 2015 plus he makes good money and has money in the bank, but I need to know what forms or documents he needs to provide to the Moroccan Consulate?

Apply just like any other tourist.

I know he will have to apply just like any other tourist but HOW and what documents he needs to bring with him?

Click on the attached link, read and folllow instructions. There is no magic or special documents that need to be submitted.

BTY, I just google "US embassy in Morocco".

As Linda&Youssef advised, he will need to show solid evidence of ties to Morocco that will convince the consulate that he will return to Morocco and not attempt to remain in the U.S. Remember: the consulate always assumes that people will try to remain in the U.S., unless you convince them otherwise.

His contract with the Club and his pay stubs would be good evidence to show; also any bank account statements showing that he has his money in Morocco, or titles to property or businesses that he owns in Morocco. Is he married and does he have children ? If so, evidence showing that they will remain at home while he visits the U.S. would be good evidence to show of urgent ties to return to Morocco. If he is enrolled in any university (I realize he is probably playing ball as a full-time job, but just in case) then show evidence of that as well.

Add anything else you can think of that will document that your brother has continuing ties, commitments, responsibilities, etc. in Morocco.

Good luck !

I just finished the Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application (DS-160) for my brother, what is next?

The instructions say:

Electronically submitting your DS-160 online application is only the first step in the visa application process. Once you have electronically submitted your DS-160 online application, you must contact the embassy or consulate at which you wish to apply to confirm whether you need to be interviewed by a consular officer, and to schedule an interview. You can find a list of U.S. embassies and consulates here, with links to their websites where you can find information about scheduling a visa interview appointment. If the embassy or consulate at which you apply informs that you must have a visa interview, the visa application process cannot be completed until you appear for an interview with a consular officer.
