Sixty days ago I filed my RFE response with the Vermont Service Center. The request was so simple and easy to comply with, it would take a monkey five miuntes or a machine five seconds to see that my compliance fulfilled the request. Even though their rules provide that they will update or complete the process within sixty days I have heard nothing.

And yes, I have put in service requests to no avail.

I hear you.

I still would like to know the real reason why they take 5 months. We know they can and have done it faster. If you have an expedite, military or just plain lucky like our Haiti 10 day filer.

patience is required. your easy case that can take 5mins to resolve may be the case. but guess what there are hundreds of thousands such cases. those 5 mins add up.

just hang in there good news will come soon

Exactly. I would like to know what gives and I would like to know why they bothre having proceedures like service requests, emails and the like if they are just going to ignore them.

I was being generous when I said five minutes. Thirty seconds would have been more than sufficient for a monkey and fifteen seconds would be enough for a human being.

Thank you, however, for your encouragement and kindness.
