NEED HELP FOR I-130

My nephew's petition for his wife was approved last June 18. I was wondering about the next step? Do we need to wait a notification from NVC about the case number or we can pay for the Immigrant visa fee? May I know how much is the IV fee as of these days? And aside from DS 230, is also necessary to prepare the DS 3032 for I-130? The beneficiary will be the one will prepare that, right? Everything really confuse me cause I am only familiar with the K1 process, my first time to file the I-130 on behalf of my nephew and I don't want to mess up the final step, I hope you can help me VJ members...

u have to give it about 2 weeks then u call nvc give them the # from the no1 then u will get a case # after they will send the ds 3032 when they recived it then u will get bill for aos thats $88 after u pay and send in doc and every thing is good then iv bill come for $ 230 u pay then all doc goes in and u have to get barcode from computer to go with aos and iv ds 230 thats the last paper work that goes after u pay iv

what about the affidavit of support? when will the nvc will be needing it?

So at this moment, we still need to wait for the nvc for the case number before we can act for the IV fee and the like?
