Hello everyone!

I just received a notice of action of my case being transferred to the California Service Center to "speed up the process". Which I hear around here that it is not, that people have been waiting for a loooong time.

I had my Bio metrics the 12th of June and I have not had an interview with Immigration.

Does this transfer mean I do not need to go in for an interview?

and does this loong AOS process after being transferred to the CSC affect the Employment of Authorization process?

To be honest I can wait for as long as it takes with the Green card but I just want to be able to look for work. SOON! feel me. :P

What are your passed experience with process time for working cards?

Thanks for your time. Appreciate all replies.

Being transferred to CSC doesn't affect EAD, I believe I got my EAD just over a month after my Biometrics appointment. As far as having an interview or not, it's likely that you won't have an interview having been transferred to CSC but never say never when it come to USCIS  Good Luck!

Removal of Conditions

[03-24-2014] ROC paperwork sent.

[03-25-2014] NOA1.

[04-21-2014] Biometrics

[06-17-2014] Card in production

[06-25-2014] Card in HAND
