Proof of ongoing relationship

Hey all,

I'm preparing my original K-1 submission. And I was just checking out the VJ guide for the the K-1 visa. The VJ guide and the VJ sample cover letter both mention giving evidence of an ongoing relationship. My question is that in the actual I-129F form that I've downloaded from USCIS there is no mention of proving an ongoing relationship. It just mentions proof of having met physically within the last two years. So do I need to provide examples of an ongoing relationship? or does that come later in the process?

All you need to provide now is "proof of meeting", which is proof of having met within the last 2 years(ie. hotel receipts, credit card receipts, boarding passes, copy of passport stamps....).

Later in the process(interview), you'll have to present proof of ongoing relationship(ie. letters, joint bank accounts, emails...... etc)
