I am happy for you as are most people. USCIS what's the deal we pay our money the same as anyone else and people get approval in less than 60 days?? this is unreal. Just how do they get to jump so far ahead inline?? And I am sure it has nothing to do with the customer.

Congrats!

You should wait a week before calling NVC. You will need your case number before scheduling the interview. Once you have that number you can schedule the interview. Don't be discouraged if the US Interests Section tells you that they haven't received the case folder yet-- keep calling. I think I was able to schedule the interview 2 weeks after I received my NOA2. Also, once you have the HAV#, your fiance in Cuba can call the Interests Section and schedule a time to pick up the packet (if he/she is in Havana). He/she doesn't really need to pick up the packet- as all the documents can be found online, but it doesn't hurt to have it.

Good luck!

I saw the following posted by someone else, so I just called and we got the interview set up for less than a month from now. We haven't received any packet yet, but we will find what we need online I hope.

Hi. 10 days after I recieved my NOA2, I called the NVC at 603-334-0700. They gave me the HAV number for my case. That day, I called Havana for appointment. I did not wait for the HAV number to come in the mail. I was able to make my appointment immediately with that HAV number. For interview appointments we call 866-374-1769 and pay $11 for a pin number. They never called us to pick up a package. We had to go in person and ask for everything. I hope that this helps. Cuba is totally different. sad.png

This post is a year old, so I am sure the OP already dealt with the NVC and had their interview, but perhaps the info could be useful for those just receiving their NOA2.
