I 864 total income

I have a question when filling the I864 total income part.

Lets say Salary per year is 50,000. but on the tax return form, it shows the adjusted total income is 42,000 cuz we have some deductions.

Shall I put Part 6/23. My current individual annual income 50,000 or 42,000?

Part 6/25 Tax year 2011 total income, I put 42,000.

You need to put the 50,000. They need to know what your salary is . They'll need to see a letter from your employer and your employer will confirm the 50k.

Letter with pay stubs should do the trick, you can get IRS transcripts. also.

current individual annual income - that's for this year, 2012, a projection for all year, and does not include deductions.
