My finacee met another Pinay in Manila who apparently didn't realize that a CENOMAR expires. The one she has now is more than a year old. The young lady's appointment is this week. She is at the NSO now and will get her new CENOMAR later this week, AFTER her interview appointment.

I recommended that she just take the expired one and that she'll be given a 221g and should be approved after her new document is available. I also suggested that she try to reschedule her appointment, but time is short in that regard and it may not happen.

Any other suggestions?

May your visa journey be smooth and speedy.

You have to go to NSO for the CENOMAR

UPDATE:

The young lady went to her interview as scheduled and was APPROVED in spite of her CENOMAR being expired by over 3 months.

She was the last K1 of the day and apparently the CO was hungry and just wanted to go to lunch. Haha!

My fiancee got her to join VJ and so hopefully the rest of her journey will be smooth.

May your visa journey be smooth and speedy.
