Please i just got married to my girlfriend on thursday via the regisry. i have been in this country for 4months and some weeks on a student visa but i am out of status,we have knwon each other for abt 3 month, she is 2yrs younger than me, we love ourselves and we have started sharing the same account which i included her name onmy account last week..she is a us citizens and only have her birthcertificate cos she has not gotten her american passport cos she didn't need it. my question is please i need to know the right supporting document i need to add to the application forms when sending for the first time. please advice me, all advices are welcome

Did you attend school at all? That would be a red flag knowing you fell out of status after being in the country for 4 months? And got married right after?

I agree, you have been here for 4 months , and u broke ur status, and u have been in a relationship only for three months before marriage , I don't want to give you a negative impression but I believe you need to prepare a lot for this process. try to read a lot and be prepared , because it is gonna sound to the IO like you just got your F1 visa to get in the country and find an American girl to stay her. best of luck tho, and if you need any help don't hesitate to ask, after you go over the VJ guide
