Someone said spuse visa is more faster and don't need anything.She meant if you marry someone you can bring him within 3 months.But fiance take 6 months at least.

"Someone" is mistaken.

Everyone say K1 visa is more faster and safer.It take about 7 months.

But my brothrs fiance said him .If he marry her she can take him to USA after three months or take him at once.I said no married need more longer ,Cuz he will have GC as soon as he get in US.

I asked my brothers fiance .Who told you that my brothers faince said her attorny said it?

PLease please explain this for me and tell me truth.

It sounds like the attorney is advising them to do something illegal.

Wow you have made a lot of posts on similar things...

Either way, the information you have is incorrect.

CR-1 takes 2-3 months longer on average, costs less and when entering the beneficiary is a LPR and can work.

K-1 takes 2-3 months less on average, beneficiary and petitioner must marry within 90 day you must adjust status from in the US before they can work and it costs more.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

thank you guys.Do you think should my brother's faince change her attorney or not?They asked for fiance visa.They didn't listen to the attorney to have waiver visa.

It is up to them we cannot advise you to use one or not. It is a DIY process but you / your brother/ your brother's fiancee seem very confused.

Your brother's fiancee's attorney seems to not understand the K-1/ CR-1 process, if they were my attorney I would not use them.

What might be beneficial is to show your brother/ his fiancee this site , that way you will not have to make numerous posts on the same thing and they can get first hand information for VJ members rather than relayed info.
