Hi all, I am a USC, and the petitioner for my husband. I just realized when going over all the possible RFEs that I could get (this process is so stressful!) I realized on the G 325A I did not put down on my employment history for a job that I held for approximately 6 weeks in November/December 2011. During this time my fiance and I were having problems, I came back to the US and I worked a short while. We were able to work through our problems, I then returned to live with him abroad, and we were married in his country in Feb 2012. Sooo... I am worried because I did not put down the few months that I lived with my parents nor the employment on the G 325 A. I honestly did not do this on purpose, I pretty much forgot about this period because it was a very short time. I don't want USCIS to come back and say that I lied as they will see I had that employment from my tax transcripts when I file the I 864. Should I submit a new G 325 A for myself? I only have received NOA1. Should I call them and explain the situation? I really don't want this to delay the process! Thank you for any advice!
