So, the state department's national visa center received an approval I-129F of my petition in 8 of June. but so far here in Saudi Arabia i did not receive anything from the embassy by DHL (the packet with instruction) and me and my fiance start to getting worried

Please if anyone can help us? and what do you suggest to do in the next step?

I don't want to miss this appointment.

do you have your case # form NVC? if not you have to wait for that first, it takes 3 weeks to a month or more than a month to get case # from NVC they are so slow now

Why are you worried? It has only been two weeks. You will not get a date or the packet just that quick. You should know by now that everything is a waiting game.

yes i have a case# with me. it was with the NVC paper my fiance received that day.

so for now i just have to wait or should i do something?

call usem there and ask them, i am not sure of the rules there but here in the Philippines we can continue the visa process even with or without the letter from usem, better call them i mean USEM good luck

it' normal to take that long, if you know whats in package you can down load the forms now ds-156-ds-157-ds-230-ds-156k. passport photos 2x2. 6 photos.look at the at the saudi arabia us embassy info top of this page.

ya, i think i found the page just now, I'm gonna start doing the paper work ASAP.

but I'm not sure if i have to send it to them as soon as possible, or send it after i get this damn packet 3.
