Do MTL still require a Canada Xpresspost Mailer?

Hey! After reading through a billion posts on VJ these past few weeks, I'm wondering if applicants still need to bring a paid for Xpresspost mailer with them to the interview in Montreal? Most of the posts I've read where people have done this are older...2007, 2008. Is this still accurate? If so, does anyone have further information on what size to purchase, and other info on how to fill this out properly? What documents besides the visa comes back in this mailer?

Thanks!

I may have found the answer to my question.

Since the posts were older, perhaps MTL no longer uses Canada Post and instead uses DHL? If this is true, do I need to purchase anything from DHL prior to the interview?

Thanks guys!
