I know that this has probably been answered before...I turned my petition in in June..what happens when information on the original form changes..IE, I got a new job. My case has still not been reviewed. Just wondering...

2/20/2007--K-1 interview and approved visa!!!

3/14/2007--entry into the U.S

3/19/2007- civil wedding

3/21/2007--OAS papers mailed off

4/21/07 Biometrics appointment

6/20/2007--AOS interview in sacramento--almost aproved

Don't worry about it. Things change. For the interview, you will provide the I-134 or something similar to prove you can support your fiance. At that time, you will provide a letter from your new employer (along with whatever else they require).

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer
