Hi everyone! I got an RFE about us meeting in the last 2 years because apparently the pics I sent were undated.

I have the following:

Statement by my fiancé with all the dates or both our trips.

-His plane ticket of the time he moved to Argentina.

-My plane tickets of the times I came to the US to visit.

-Hotel tickets of times I came to visit under my name (in his state)

-A train ticket under my name the day of my flight, from my fiance's city to the airport city.

-Dated photos.

-A statement by a couple of friends that live here in the US (I'm currently visiting) stating the occasions in which they saw us, and saying that we hang out all the time and even took a trip together.

-Copies of my passport?

Anything else I should add?

Tx!

Passport stamps, credit card receipts, and boarding passes are great proof of being there.

All that you need to prove is that you've met face to face within the past 2 years to satisfy the RFE.

Are they digital photos? If so, then they have a time and date stamp. If you go to anywhere that prints photos, you should be able to tell them to print the time and date stamp onto the photo when they print it. You can also do this at home with for instance Canon's software for their printers. That's what I did, it can inlay the time and date saved in the file into the picture.
