A. Visa processing can continue in this case if the petitioner sends the Embassy an original notarized statement indicating awareness of the pregnancy and the desire to proceed with the marriage.

May somebody help me redacting a letter for the embassy based on this criteria that's underlined. and I'm guessing this letter will go together with the rest of the paper to the interview or I have to make it available to them asap

Sorry, what is the quesstion? Kind of tough to have a pregnant fiance without disclosing it. If born in PI the child won't be issued a visa due to claims to US citizenship. If your fiance is showing at the time of the interview...then what?

Good luck

it is ok that she is pregnant while she is on her visa process. even she's still on the petition process it is ok to be pregnant, BUT if she gets her visa on her maybe 8 or 9 months of pregnancy some airline will not let her on board. if she don't get her interview date yet but already have her MNL case # i am assuming she's from Philippines, when she do her medical she have to tell them she's pregnant. i have a lot of friends that got pregnant while on visa process and a lot of them are already in US.

The question is not hard to understand, he's asking the wording for his letter to the US Embassy.

I would just write something like:

To US Embassy in __________

I am aware that my fiance, ______________, is pregnant and carrying our child. It is still our mutual intent and desire to be married.

Then sign and date it, get it notarized, and then send the original to her. Yes, I suspect she just needs to have that at her interview.

I'm guessing they've had some surprises with fiances there pregnant (maybe not with the petitioner's baby?) planning on heading to the US. This letter just states that you know she's pregnant and still want to marry her.

Send a letter of intent with pertenant information to interview with your fiancee.

This is where they say what to do if fiancee is pregnant: http://ukraine.usembassy.gov/iv-faq.html#q5

So all they want is something like this and notarized?

Is the wording on red text ok? and can it also be like the Fiancé Letter of Intent?

I think the thing you quoted refers to a woman who is pregnant by another man's child. I think some serious context is missing. What is the source for your quote?

This looks fine. It should meet their requirements.

How far into the pregnancy is she? If she's too close to delivery then the consulate may want her to wait until the kids are born before they'll issue the visa, in which case you'd have to file a CRBA for each child. This eliminates the possibility of the kids being born in the US and getting automatic US citizenship only to have the petitioner discover they're not his kids. The CRBA forces the petitioner to declare paternity.

As far s I can see the embassy don't care about if I'm the father or not. They just want to know that I am aware of pregnancy , and from there it is my own deal to whether they are mine or not. Also they want to know if I still have the desire to marry her. I'm not even sure if I should mention as to whether they're twins or not cuz as I said they just want to know if I'm aware of the pregnancy and I continue to have the desire to marry her.

31 weeks of pregnancy. Yes I may have to do the CRBA it's ok I guess it would just be what God's wants it to be.

Hey I have no thing else to contribute here, but I just wanted to say congratulations, and wow, twins! Good luck with everything and what an adventurous start to life in the US!

Long story short, we have a complicated case. We've been at this for nearly 5 years. You can read our story here. I highly recommend our attorney Laurel Scott, as well as attorneys Laura Fernandez and Lizz Cannon .

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.

CRBA filed 1-3-13 at Seoul for our daughter
