Timeline

Mailed in my I751 and package for my CR1 cond removal for Aug 22,2012, Immigration received it JUNE 1 2012

received I797 Notice of action june 14,2012 (not sure about this, it says my conditional resident status is extended for a period of One year) is this NORMAL

Question.. how did you mail it August 2012? that hasn't even happened yet.

Question.. how did you mail it August 2012? that hasn't even happened yet.

I mailed it and immigration received June 1 and sent me I797 JUne 14 and received it already

I filed for Aug 22 2012 as my card expires then

Okay your wording is off then, you didn't file for August because that isn't possible as it isn't august yet. You file before an August expiration.

Anyways yes, you get a 1 year extension that is normal.
