This sure sounds like confusion. I looked at your timeline. Looks like you can go ahead with your DS-230 at least.

Maybe by the time you guys figured out the situation with your AOS.

I should fill my timeline, but I didn't think asking for any dates.

I think I try calling later and see what they say.

I'm not in such a hurry anymore, I waited this long for the I-130.

Correction.....8AM --> 12AM midnight Eastern time.

And make sure you call them at noon time so they don't take any lunch break due to the long wait of I-130.

I noticed when I call them at their time 8am (my time 2pm) I usually get through immediately.

But its good to know, just in case.
