3+ months, could be longer depending on the country and when they have interviews available and how long it takes to get all your paperwork submitted

Make sure you write down to ask for your original marriage certificate back on your final interview. (Just in case they forget)

Financial tax documents are done with your I-864 (after I-130 approval)

Today 288 days for me. (This is if I still count correctly)

No one got anything, nothing...

Is eastern this weekend ???

I can't keep up. If so do we have federal holidays again???

Yes Easter is this weekend (many Christians know it as Resurrection Sunday). I don't think they treat it as something special since it is a Sunday. Good Friday doesn't appear to be on the Federal Government's list nor on Vermont's list.

I'm not sure if the government will recognize it or not. It doesn't appear so.

After waiting so long since June 04, they now sent us RFE...today...the status says -

"On March 26, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence requested. Meanwhile, processing of this case is on hold until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you submit the evidence requested and a decision is made, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

What the heck this annoying thing comes now??

I m frustrated.
