Sonjat and Recl12, I would call them every other 2 days and or talks to tier 2 supervisor, remember to stay calm and be nice at all time  . I ran into similar issues but with other cases instead, after few calls was told to wait and wait.....but we keep calling and we found a very NICE lady as she put us on hold, I can hear her typing messages, mumbling away as she typing. It only took 1 week after from that call our case were clear as crystal. Most of operators trying to get you off the hook and don't bother to do S* (sorry for my language but true) so don't wait or sit around since your cases already way pass due. That's my 2 cents.

The calling is a problem for me. I have only the 800 numbers. Don't get through from Europe.

I'm sure I hear something soon. It taken them only 2 days to confirm my address change.

No. Just relax. We cant do anything. They will proceed the way they want.

so..why being upset when it serves no purpose. Patience..even though its hard.

 Yes...we're left over because we have proven to have the most patience....

Thanks for this info. Not sure I want to do this. My young daughter is my petitioner. I check with her and see if she is ready to make such a call. I might send a letter just for the sake of doing something. But I say patience is the key. Everyone else only got approved recently, so I and RECL12 will be next and last.

I guess it really depends on the complexity of what is being asked for, we got an RFE for an original marriage certificate. Our case was approved 2 weeks after they received it back at VSC.

They state on the RFE that it CAN take up to 60 days, I guess they say that to stop people calling them too soon.

like I said, I guess it depends on what they are asking you for. Ours was really simple and so was approved quickly.
