Haha. Snow! I think where I live I've seen snow every month of the year! Too cold up here! Can't wait to get to FL!

Called USCIS today to file a service request as today is the 5 month 1 day mark. I was told that VSC is still working on May and it will be about 20 days till they get to my petition, PD June 4th. So

Congrats Cesar & Cata!! Hopefully we will be hearing something in the next few days. Our PD is June 4th!! But when I called they wouldn't let me put a SR in as they were supposedly 20 days behin

DCF is Direct Consular Filing. Where the USC lives abroad and the I-130 is therefore sent to the USCIS field office at the local consulate. Much MUCH quicker than filing to USCIS in the States.

The whole immigration thingy is getting more and more funnier with the delay...

seems like..even this waiting has taught us to accept things and still stay good and hopeful.

I would like USCIS to update their processing times. Hopefully this weekend or next. lol. Really they are supposed to update them on the 15th of each month, but who knows what they'll do?

I'm waiting for you guys in NVC March Filers thread... I could say there's so much fun here than there... seems like everyone is so serious in there... but of course we all need to get there... :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

I'm stucked at getting the case number... another month of waiting again... but i'm hoping not...

Getting impatient now. If they have our RFE then why can't the Officer approavrd our case? Grrrr

This is tough.

I question why can't they approve the once without RFE.

There seems no difference.

I'm afraid I complain, they come up with an RFE for me.

It's not the same message they normally put up, though, and it's still there so I'm not sure what you're looking at (it's even available from the homepage). See the link in my post.
