Today I came online to check our timeline, and it's funny how the estimate days are moving back and forward hehe. Today my timeline says: "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between November 15, 2012 and November 28, 2012"

Last week it said that would be between November 24th and December 3rd....so I guess these are good news, right? if people updates their timelines we can get a better approximation

We are June filers; got our NOA2 in August. Has anyone else that filed in June received a NOA2? I'm really surprised ours came so soon! Not complaining, I'm VERY excited--I just feel unprepared! Thank goodness for Visa Journey! Wondering if anyone else had a speedy experience as well?

wow ! that was quick.. congratulations :)

We received our Nao1 on june 13th

our case was sent to a local office on august 15th and there hasn't been any update ever since :(

when did you apply initially?I was thinking of making an info pass and requesting an interview so my husband can just go with all the evidence and answer whatever they need to know. Will be calling tier 2 today and seeing if they can give us any info,if not then we will make the info pass.

YESSS   Seems like they are already speeding up processing the applications!!!

I have seen in another thread that someone from July got approved already at VSC :) which indeed was really quick processing time, so it seems that finally they are getting closer to June filers applications

How do I check my own timeline? Thanks!

You only need to Login, and once you've done that, you will go to the upper right side and you will see your profile pic and you username, CLICK on your username and you will see a menu displayed, Select "My Timeline" (add/edit) option and it will take you to your time line, where you only need to scroll down almost till the bottom and you will see the approximate date for your case :)

I hope my explanation was clear, hehe  ...if it's confusing let me know :) I will try to explain it again in a more clear way.

 Good luck!

Since i was bored today I figured I would go through receipt numbers around mine to see what was going on.

I went from EACXXXXX73400 to 800. Around 800 I hit June 5th NOA1 petitions but I didn't go low enough to hit the June 3rd filers.

I was able to note that there were quite a few RFEs for IR1/CR1 petitions that specifically stated they were being processed at VSC. So I feel it is safe to assume that wwhile we don't know the percentage of June petitions being done we know they have started on them at least.

Thought you all may be interested in my findings.

Oh my God, thanks for sharing the good news hehe! :wow:

I was wondering if it was possible to check it out (but I was not sure if they were consecutive numbers or not)and well I am gladly surprised THANKS to your post that they have started working on JUNE petitions!

VJ users updates are just a small percentage of the total amount of petitions that every service center has to process, so it's pretty cool to have somehow a way to find out AROUND what dates are they working on.

My time line today changed and went 2 weeks ahead which kinda made me feel down, today says that my case could be adjudicated between November 29th and December the 10th  ...so, maybe I am making castles in the air, but to read your post really MADE MY DAY! It seems that VSC is working faster than I expected LoL

I appreciate this info you have shared with all of us! THANK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
