We have an update on our case: On March 4, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130... but the case status is still Initial Review.

Our PD is July 2nd.

Is it a good or a bad thing?

i wonder how you were notified? email or by checking your case status on the website? i think it's a good thing...

Hello, I hope someone around and is this world is awake.

:help:

Just received USCIS notification that U.S. address can't be updated.

Reason:

When we reached the part of authorized representative, we clicked Petitioner/Beneficiary.

However, this wouldn't let US continue.

So we clicked "authorized representative" and posted our name underneath to continue submitting change of address.

Understandable, we're no law firm, nor is a G-28 on file.

What needs to be done.

We tried submitting leaving this part blank, but it turns "red" demanding US to fill it out.

I'm inclined to not make a change of address and hope for the best. :help:

I'm just wondering if you guys asked assistance from a lawyer? My husband hired a lawyer to help him completing the I-130 application.

Nope. Not me. We just filled everything out with the help of VJ.
