Yes, that DACA volume really killing us and have higher priority over other too really ridiculous.

What about loads of I-130..they haven't transferred that..

just approving later applications from august, sep, oct, nov to make their avg time look fine....

FCFS..seem like they never heard such thing.

I am just hoping that now they have more employees that can work on I-130 and get started on approving them first.

yeah, it is very frustrating that we had to wait while people who filed afterwards had their cases transferred and started receiving approvals in 3 months.

7/24/2012 - I-130 sent to Chicago lockbox
7/27/2012 - NOA1 via text/email - Case forwarded to VSC.
8/01/2012 - NOA1 received in mail
3/06/2013 - NOA2 received text

RFE arrived today - needed to see our original marriage certificate, because the copy dosent include the raised stamp confirming it had been received and actioned!

Back into the main, next day delivery, tomorrow. Decisions soon we hope! :)

I filed the F-029 with all my papers. Indicating I will show the original at the time of interview. I hope I have no issues coming because of this. I feel tired and worn out.

Did it have a seal they could see though? Ours doesn't even have a raised seal, just the seal of FL.

No, the county in GA we got married in only uses raised seals, not ink seals.

Weird, ours had a raised seal photocopy and no one said anything. :unsure:

Oh ok. That could be the issue. Florida issues the certified copies with a blue stamp and a signature from someone with the court of clerks. And they date it. Originals stay on file with the courts, so I just sent the certified copy.

I'm feeling worse by the minute reading about the document issues.

I just want to vomit as it is.

Hope they don't get picky on mine.

Which I say would be such a shame after 8 month of waiting time.
