Well USCIS is still giving me the run around. I have not yet received my RFE letter that I have been now waiting 4 weeks for. They supposedly "re-sent" it last week, yet I haven't gotten that one either. I called this weekend and was told that I have to wait 15 days AGAIN for it to reach me. I insisted to speak with a Tier 2 supervisor, and after holding 30 minutes, she told me that they can't tell me ANY additional info and that only CSC can tell me, since that is where my case is. I couldn't go to my local office, AND when I requested to be transferred to the CSC, she told me CSC doesn't have a phone. How do they NOT have a phone nor anyone I can talk to?! Finally, she gave me their e-mail address. I was told that they can send me my RFE as an attachment. I sent an e-mail yesterday, but no response yet, so we will see. I am really frustrated with this entire process. Someone is NOT doing their part somewhere, but yet NO ONE can tell me what's going on! Incredible!

Just wanted to check in and see where you are all in the process.

I am still dealing with CSC and their lack of communication and elusiveness. Going on 37 days waiting for my RFE letter that they had "re-sent" 3 times now and some how keeps getting "lost" in the mail. I have an appointment with a lawyer next week because of all of this.

Anyone gotten approval?

NO RFE or NOA2 yet  .... since our application was sent to Vermont SC, I think will take at least 2 more months. California is working on July applications already, but oh well.

Good luck with the RFE situation  and hopefully a lawyer can help you to solve this and you can go to the next stage!

Hi all :)

Alissa here, I hope your visa journeys are going as smoothly as they can. Who else filed in June or plans to file by the end of June? I'd love to meet my "entering class" of the CR-1 forum :)

So, if you filed in June, when did you file? Have you received your NOA1 yet? Tell us something about yourselves :)

This is my first post not sure if im replying correctly.

I-130- applied on June 5th,2012

I-797- received on June 13th,2012

Our application was sent to a local office on august 15th,2012. Don't know what that means and there hasn't been any updates ever since :( I'm hoping we get some update soon.
