How would I go about changing the beneficiaries address?

You must do that by letter.

USCIS just told me to send a letter with date, receipt number, Petitioner's name and Beneficiary's name & signature, birth date, and old & new address. I just did mine that way.

Hello, I changed the petitioners address under USCIS.

The same section is for beneficiary.

Under USCIS after you logged in your case status,

on the left side it says change of address.

I don't think the same section is for the beneficiary. I think online is only for the petitioner. That's why USCIS told me I had to send a letter to my service center.

Sorry, did think it falls under the same.

But its a nightmare for the petitioner too.

I don't get it with the petitioner being citizen, they ask for alien number,

they wouldn't let you continue without one.

Very complicated.

I think the problem lies in using a browser that is not Internet Explorer.

Else than that, enter 000000

Well...that's a big assumption considering the approval trend has been decreasing constantly over the past 5 months (ie. they haven't been approving at the same rates and therefore basing their new processing times on past rates is rather optimistic). Not saying they couldn't have sped up without us knowing about it, but I think they are continuing to allocate resources to other types of petitions and applications. Though, we'll know for sure within the next week or so. Either way, they should get past your date, Recl12. I really hope they do so you can submit a service request and get them going on your petition.

Good luck!

Ok! to be precise with volume on chart trends above. I downloaded the Excel version with human readable digit

According to the spreadsheet below it look like July completions rate is almost 80% done? where as June 2012 only 70% completed. Please tell me if I'm reading this wrong.

Well more good news, the executive failed to advert the budget sequester so now theres a mandatory cut to DoHS's budget. Hopefully this wont affect staffing numbers at the Service Centers.

where did you get that news? I'm really hoping they speedup the process.

Its top story on the BBC, every department is taking a budget cut.

I was under the impression that immigration was paid for by immigration fees.
