June 2012 I-130 Filers?

Just had an email that a SECOND RFE was sent out today - why wouldnt they said it all out at the same time? What the hell is wrong with our case when we sent ALL the required information? Rah!

Wow!!! 2nd RFE ???......either they were while working on your case or some one miss handle your papers works.

Well the wife called them and they say its only 1, when you receive the initial email notification it dosent go out for another 48 hours in case they find anything else they want to query. Even so, its a little worrying.

i think it's kinda a good news... knowing that they are already working or worked on your petition...

i am wondering how those approved people were informed about the approval? through email or txt or by looking at their case status on the website or by mail?

I'm not sure myself.

Just tried locking into my (Sign-in to MY Account)

But its locked due to account inactivity after 90 days.

Won't let me create another one to lock in.

We have signed up for email notifications like Sonjat above, and have received emails when the RFEs were issued.

It won't let you create another because you may be typing in same email from lock account. Just create another email account and you're all good to go.

There MAY be surcharges. If you have unlimited texting, then it shouldn't charge you extra.

I tried with different email... got myself locked out again.

My computer knowledge is from the dinosaur age.

Please tell me this account isn't too important...some people don't have internet.

Hello June filers.....we have another July filer just claim BINGO few minutes ago......nice.

My husband just got a text message from the USCIS to say our case status had changed. I logged on and it says our case is in initial review!! I assume this is a good thing?! Anyone have more info on what this means and what timelines we can expect from here??

9th July 2012: I-130 filed

16th July 2012: NOA1 received(estimate as it never actually showed up in mail!)
