It would be nice if VSC provided with that data, then we would have an accurate number from all i130 applications. But I think that's asking too much, being that they r taking all think time to approve our cases.

Another week gone by with no news, another night of worries and no sleep, let's hope we get some good news next week. good luck to us all and congrats to the one that got approved.

Hello Canada, Its 19 left with me. IR5.

I noticed the IR5 that have been approved never updated their timeline.

(For anyone who isn't aware, IR5 runs through the same time frame and paperwork

like everyone else)

Well...I got their response back from my e-request an hour ago

Sucks...

"We actively processing this case"

"However we have to perform additional review, causing a delay"

"If you don't hear from us in 6 month call"

I assume this was a generated response.

From all I 've observed, listened and being informed via VSC, People dealing with same situations and me personal exp........is that

VSC doesnt give a f*&^ about the timelines, date of applying, First come first serve...

If suffering people tries to call them....they are given typical bureaucratic responses....We are actively processing this case...Actively My Foot,,,

Their system is flawed...Moreover...seems like they are a bunch of morons playing the way they want coz they are accountable to none.

I Guess...thats just 'Murica :bonk:

Well if several people in June were to find the 300 or so I-130s around their case, they could get a fairly accurate measure of the processing and approval rates and how it is changing week to week.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

hello. i'm quiet confused here about my PD.

In my online case status this is what is shown, "On June 26, 2012, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE," so my question is, is June 26 my PD? my case was last updated on JUne 29... and i thought june 29 is my PD.

i think i'm going nuts.

Your PD is the 26th, your case will always be last updated a couple of days later. Ours is 18th June, but case was last updated 20th June. Thats when the checks were intiated.
