Pregnancy tests show the presence or absence of a certain hormone made by a fetus. Please do another home test and if it is positive again, return to the doctor. Tests that show negative are less reliable than tests that show positive.

I did check but the status online has not been updated....

It might just be a denial letter for the expedite request, it is kind of hard to guess.

Could be a chemical pregnancy or perhaps PCOS.

Simply send information about your illness. It's not your fault if it turns out to be a non-pregnancy. A denial of an expedite is not the same as a denial of the petition. If you decide not to go ahead with the expedite, call and talk to a USCIS tier 2 rep (ISO).

PCOS does that? Ugh, I needed to know that.

Well, in this situation it's a simple thought. Just think about it, if any couple would call USCIS and claim they're pregnant and would like to expdite their process, I don't think there won't be much people in this forum writing, stressing and so forth.

As far as I can see for sure that letter is going to be a (RFE) requesting an official notices from a hospital. Just like everyone else here have said, you may check up with your doctor again to 100% sure a yes or no, than call USCIS to confirm or cancel with tier 2 supervisor so your case don't get delay.

I also see another question from someone else asking, she got MARRIED than filed an I-130 petition in July or august but she couldn't wait much longer and wanted to submit an I-129F to speed it up. I don't know if she even understand differences between I-130 & I129F, by submitting incorrect form not only the waiting game and money but she will need to resubmit plus $$$ and wait from begining of the line.

Non-pregnant women do produce HcG, just usually not enough to trigger a pregnancy test. I believe sometimes women with PCOS can get false positives as well as menopausal women. Women with PCOS also tend to a get a lot of false positives on ovulation tests as they will go positive for the same hormone, if present in great enough quantities.
