I got my I-130 approved today, out of the blue. My PD was 6/14/12 @ VSC. I printed out a copy in case this is some dream and I need physical proof for when I wake up. I should be really happy, but feel kinda numb after waiting for so long. Almost like I just got back home from being in a war. Anyway, good luck to you all who are still waiting.

wow congrats to u,mine is june 22nd 2012,do u think i will get approve soon or i need to wait some more?

You'll have to ask USCIS. I have no idea. I guess you have a good chance you'll be approved in a week or two? Maybe tomorrow? Maybe next month? There are people who has a NOA1 before me, that haven't been approved yet, and people who have a NOA1 date after me that have been approved. Who knows.

You can have him try opening a "service request" but with a PD date of 6/22/12, I don't think USCIS will open a case up YET. When I called last week, they told me they were still working on 5/31/12 so I didn't qualify. He can try contacting his congressman, but I hear that doesn't always work, and varies by case.

We had some approvals the past days. The timeline indicates June 14.

I'm PD June 12.

Maybe I'm already back home and just haven't noticed yet.

I say this week looks promising for some of us - just like the week before- and the week after.

I'm being sarcastic.

I see they havent updated the date they're working on in the spreadsheet though, still says May 28th.

It's been said that that date is indicating (2) weeks prior and (2) weeks post.

Im aware of that, however they usually do it during the beginning of the month. It would be good to see where they actually are. Again its looking like a month to do a week - although as PD 18th June its good to see those from 14th being approved.

They are supposed to update it once a month around the 15th of each month. Last month they updated it at the beginning of the month. The longer they wait to update it, the greater the chances that the date will be moved forward further.

They should be updating it any day now.
