Hi everyone..

my case was filed on June 04, 2012 I-130 from VSC

it been so long...and that stupid date seems to be stuck on May 28, 2012 processing.

i dont know why it takes so much time and there is son order of cases being approved..

from photographs posted by few fellow users show that its only few cars..means fewer workers...

why are they treating such negligence....

hoping positive stuff to hope that we all get cleared as soon as possible..good luck everyone

USCIS only updates their website once a month. That's why USCIS call center reps claim that they are still working on May 28, 2012. They can only see what's on the website. They really are working on later dates, but since they only update the website once a month, you can count on the date staying the same on the website (and according to USCIS call center reps) for a full month before they let us know what dates they are really working on.

They should update the website sometime in February. And believe me, once it is updated, you'll hear a lot more on VisaJourney about it!

Good luck to you, too! :)

So we got another approval today.

Vicki and NLawrence with PD June 13, got approved January 28th. Congratulation.

I'm PD June 12.

This isn't taking another 6 weeks, nor is this related to the May 28th.

This depends on where your file is located,

with which worker and how this worker is organized - or how they operate their workload.

Confirmed delivery date is NOT the same as your NOA1 date. It take a few days after that before they actual 'register' it in th system. That is your PD.

That's awesome! There is somewhat of an order, but you'll see some people getting approved quicker than others of the same date or an even earlier date. Hopefully they update their processing times soon so some of us can submit service requests!
