I an June filer with priority date - June 04, 2012

but i have seen that june 08 already approved...even one july case approved we can see...

similarly..there hv been cases filed eve after july are also getting approved..

i mean..is there any procedure those ppl are following...?

still waiting...with each day....frustration rising and patience losing..

pl give me some hope USCIS...!

any comments clarifying the order ...!!

Nope. No special procedure they are following. They are being approved because they were put in the right batch and the right time. We just need to be patient. Heck, a June 11th filer and a July filer were approved within the past week. They'll get to us eventually.

I was checking USCIS website for processing time and unsure how they interpreted LPR I-130 filers as only 5 months? where as US citizen is much far behind.

TSC - I-130 Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21 <<< 5 months >>>

While I-130 U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 is at June 1, 2012 ?????

They haven't received an I-130 for US citizens petitioning for an alien relative app for months...You're looking at the wrong service center.

Look at Vermont = VSC.

Not Texas = TSC.

Just for good laugh and for those wondering why VCS are so behind?. Google map USCIS address than count parking lot space, max is 40 cars for entire building. Let's do the math, minus all big bosses down you'll get probably max 20 case workers, serving half of nation applications (yep it going to be awhile). Ah!....I know what you're going to say....how about that huge big lot in the back? NOPE, look again, that a loading dock.

For those that check updated I-form wish list for Vermont (beside I-130 of course), "sight", when it ever going to be my turn?.

keep those fingers cross and keep praying.
