I know this is rough. Missed my sons 18 Birthday. The first birthday I missed. I think of making up everything I missed. Even if I celebrate Christmas this summer. Just a thought to cheer you up.

Thanks!!!! :-)

Okay...went back to the e-request. Got my brain wrapped around the questions.

Filled in the answers.

Received confirmation number that my "I-130 is beyond Posted Processing Time".

I will receive a response within 30-days.

Pardon my language .... But I feel sick and ready to "V---------.

Well, I think there‘s some hope right? :) the e-request has bern placed!

We also went through that questions when my husband filed an e-request, (we also stated that it was beyond normal processing time)we got the receipt #, but a few days later we got an email stating that its not necessary that e-request since the case is “stil within normal processing time“ :( dissapointing!!!

I really hope your e-request proceeds and speeds up the process!!:)

It‘s really dissapointing to get the email that basically tells you that you have to keep WAITING...

There is hope. But being asked if I ever received Form N-14 for additional evidence (which I declined) before proceeding to being beyond posted processing time confirmation.

I concluded, I rather keep on waiting....than having them coming up with anything to drive me up the wall...hahahah...

But I hope. My PD is June 12th.

Did you make an e-request and got through like I did?? If we're just one day apart..I assume you get through like I did.

I tried to make an e-request, but I was told that I'm still within the normal processing times...sigh :(

Hopefully sonjat is right and they've looked at our petitions already...

I really hope so, that would be the ideal  ....but it would be FAIR that at least they let us know that our cases are not just sitting inside of a huge box and nobody has touched them in more than 7 months -_-

A signal of life from VSC office is what do we need!!!

Not sure... But I think just "one touch" is enough.

If the touched it , this means someone looked at it. This means they checked through the paperwork.

If they had found anything wrong, we would have been notified "way way way back". (let me believe in this)

Just push the computer button.

This is what I mean. I don't like the thought I got through e-request and no one else did.

Now I got put to side because I complained...
