Just checked the latest VSC processing times. The table was actually updated today and now they're processing applications from May 28th onwards...

Last month it said May 21st. I guess it takes them one whole month to process a weeks worth of applications :( This is sooo disappointing :(

Ouch :dead: May 28th? so it took a whole month to just move 7 days forward? :wow:

I guess still, it's better than nothing.... :(

THANKS FOR THE UPDATE JEN!!

You received an RFE, returned it, and got approved all within 3 weeks? Your case officer must have been on the ball!

EDIT: If you're doing the K1 you didn't file an I-130, you filed an I-129f. Not the same thing.

I just know when it happens I have a heart attack.

While I think I'm prepared, I know I will suffer from induced shock.

But I say: I'm ready, bring it on.

Hehe SAME HERE!!!

I had a rehearsal of that, when I saw that someone with same NOA1 as me got approved, I was so excited and inmediately went to USCIS website to check my case status...then my brother saw me and told me: CALM DOWN!! BREATHE!!! haha anyway at the end it was all the excitement for nothing, no NOA2 yet :girlwerewolf2xn:

But I am ready too, whenever the adjudicator is ready to approve my case, I will be already prepared for the next stage!! :clock:

My wife called today; and was told that put 18th June approval could be 'a few weeks or a few months' and they couldn't be any more specific. This was now expecting processing times for VSC.

Pretty depressed now.

#######!

A few weeks or a few months. Which one is it? There's a huge difference. lol. These guys are ridiculous. Let's slow down when we're already 2-3 months behind schedule. Do they not care about USCIS goals? 5 months is the goal. I don't think that's unreasonable. At this point you just wonder if they even care about their jobs anymore. It's like they decided to just give up because they got behind.

Oh my God....a few weeks or a few months? :o

I understand if they say they cannot give us an estimated date for our case to be adjudicated, I guess that they have a sort of a script (like most of call centers). but i think to say a few weeks or a few months is not the most appropiated answer :(

I feel totally hopeless :(

These are devastating news. I can't recall the last time I lived a normal day without thinking "approval".

The e-request feels like a joke. It constantly says I'm within the time frame.

Its tough. Sometimes I feel I'm living a bad dream.

OH my GOSH....

Just did another e-request.

Suddenly it jumped (instead of saying I'm withing processing time)

It displayed three questions regards """Have you received Form N-14 request for additional evidence"""""

When I clicked on ""NO"" the next page, asked all about address....

What is happening ???

Okay...went back to the e-request. Got my brain wrapped around the questions.

Filled in the answers.

Received confirmation number that my "I-130 is beyond Posted Processing Time".

I will receive a response within 30-days.

Pardon my language .... But I feel sick and ready to "V---------.

My husband is telling me he needs to see his sons and he's right. I miss him soooo much. We are living a nightmare :'(

I know this is rough. Missed my sons 18 Birthday. The first birthday I missed. I think of making up everything I missed. Even if I celebrate Christmas this summer. Just a thought to cheer you up.
