Our NOA1 was June 4. I've been seeing some that filed in March of anywhere from 86-110 days for noa2. I'd be glad for 90-100!

One of my friends, they got their case at NVC now, at day 124 about. My wife has a son who we also sent a 130 for. Our timeline estimate is about Sept 7-14.

As of today, our timeline est has moved up to August 29 - Sept 12!! Recently two friends on VJ had gotten 99 and 94 days for NOA2. Ann is getting ready to mail all our NSO documents from PH to me, then we should be ready for NVC.

Filed on the 21st, NOA1 on 27th, NOA2 on August 2nd. Gearing up for NVC now.

Mine was processed at CSC, so it seems like VSC is lagging behind these days.

Wow, that is extremely fast. I imagine you are living abroad and/or put your foreign address down to get in the "fast track"? Either way, congrats!

Pulled the attached from the USCIS website. It shows the number of "I-130 Imm Rel" receipts, and "All Other Pending"

There is a large spike starting Jan 2012 and the trend is....not very encouraging to say the least. The graph only goes to May. I can't even imagine what the numbers are for June/July/August. It looks like VSC just stopped doing work on I-130's altogether since Jan. Anyone have any idea why?

:secret: I seem to recall some previous poster saying in some another thread that VSC began receiving applications for a certain large group of refugees or something like that. I can't remember exactly what it said, but they were worried it would slow VSC down and it seems like it did. Hopefully, if this is true, they are back to taking care of our I-130s. Probably has nothing to do with efficiency, since VSC has historically been faster than CSC much of the time. Apparently, they also go back and forth as to how fast they are processing.

Here's to a quick approval for all of us! :clock:

I guess I will add myself to this as well, I filed as a LPR to get a PD date, but will soon be completing my naturalization (tomorrow). Then I will upgrade the petition to CR1, so my PD date is 6/6 also @ VSC.

And looking at the processing time graphs, I would dare to hope that by following the trends the CSC should spike to around 5 months and VSC should drop (just following the patterns). So I have hope for us June files to get a pleasant surprise by mid-Sep. Worst case I would think they will all level off @ around 4 months, and even that would be great at this point, speacialy after ssing how the K1 processing has spiked in VSC.

Good Luck to all!!!

Hello everyone!

I'm joining this website a little late hehe

We sent the form I-130 the last day of May, but it was received on June 4th, so I guess my case belongs to this thread

I have to say that I am still a little lost about terms and the times that take from one step to another, and I just found this website and wow, it's so cool to see that people help to each other and somehow I feel better that we are not the only ones on this boat

But I am willing to participate in this forum :)

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

P.S. How do you know if your application has been "touched"? sorry, I don't know how to get that info
