I recieved a check list yesterday for the new i-864 so both my self and sponsor has to redo the form, now my case will be delayed for sure.... my husband is starting to lose faith, he said to me yesterday he just tell himself it wont be until christmas before he get to be with his family, sad part i cant even go visit him i sooo broke I cant even pay attention...

Did they asked you to send DS 230 again? Guess only i-864 version has changed

yes they did but the lady at nvc said to dis regard that part, she says it automatically gets sent with the AOS check list...

Call them and ask what's going on with your DS230.

yeah my ds 230 is ok, i just need to resend complete AOS form thats all, im now waiting for the joint sponsor to sign their I864 and send it back to me so i can send them off...other than that all is well....The only thing that was wrong with the AOS forms i sent my Joint sponsor signed in the wrong area and on my I 864 i forgot to write current annual income...i should have double checked both before sending...so its all my fault..

My joint sponsor is the problem, she doesn't see the urgency.....I now have to wait until she feels like signing and mailing back to the form.
