Looks like you are right after me than.

No sonjat i dnt think my case will complete soon sad.png , called NVC today for i 864 they said stil in review you have to wait sad.png i am fed up right now, we send 16th May but stil no result.

Called USCIS today to file a service request as today is the 5 month 1 day mark. I was told that VSC is still working on May and it will be about 20 days till they get to my petition, PD June 4th. So

Congrats Cesar & Cata!! Hopefully we will be hearing something in the next few days. Our PD is June 4th!! But when I called they wouldn't let me put a SR in as they were supposedly 20 days behin

DCF is Direct Consular Filing. Where the USC lives abroad and the I-130 is therefore sent to the USCIS field office at the local consulate. Much MUCH quicker than filing to USCIS in the States.

Oh my,

Lets look at this differently to get some hope back.

May 16 to June 16 = one month = 20 working days. It means nothing more than them working the full 20 working days on it.

Now your 230 is still in process....you waiting for both. And both will be done around the same time.

Now you call back for both on Friday. It changes so quickly. rolleyes.gif

I did email to NVC now, by asking my case status.Also i wrote plz be kind enough to quick on my case,i have been waiting very long time.Will they respond for my email??? cray5ol.gifcray5ol.gifcray5ol.gif

They respond to your email.

come on u got your interview date.Still my case dnt completed at NVC

Yeah, but my interview date isn't until the 16 July.

I don't believe everything until I have my passport back with the stamp. Until than I worry too.

Before I have my interview, you will received your date too.
