Oh ok, well i guess when my husband gets here and becomes a citizen he can help her, although im not so sure i really want the in laws close by.....secret7vf.gif

FYI - He don't have to be USC to sponsor his relatives...an LPR can sponsor all immediate relatives too but it will just take longer. up to 3yrs for spouse, 5+ yrs for mom/pap....10+ yrs for brothers/sister...is what average windows of now.

C'mom ........in law are great....with pro & cons of course. laughing.giflaughing.giflaughing.gif

Called USCIS today to file a service request as today is the 5 month 1 day mark. I was told that VSC is still working on May and it will be about 20 days till they get to my petition, PD June 4th. So

Congrats Cesar & Cata!! Hopefully we will be hearing something in the next few days. Our PD is June 4th!! But when I called they wouldn't let me put a SR in as they were supposedly 20 days behin

DCF is Direct Consular Filing. Where the USC lives abroad and the I-130 is therefore sent to the USCIS field office at the local consulate. Much MUCH quicker than filing to USCIS in the States.

Im just gonna think you meant nosey....Well Its up to him if he wants to get them here, im cool with just him plus its kinda nice to have free lodging there when i go to visit, if they all come here what will happen with my free lodging.....nooooo i cant have that at all......laughing.giflaughing.giflaughing.gif

U see....the PROS are.....when you come home, there always something to eat instead of microwave can food, your house is nice and clean. CONS are.....you have company everyday in your living space and that is it. laughing.gif

Now...you can decide and take your pick.....weahter once in a blue moon visit with free logdge or ................

Ah...ha.!!!......I just got off the phone with NVC and they have scheduled for MIL interview of July 11 8AM. The PROS & CONS are coming very near. laughing.gif

5 days after she gets her passport back.

6 days after interview you open your front door.rofl.gifrofl.gif
