hello everyone! im back after a long vcation with my husband. we received an email from NVC telling us that they just closed our case and forwarded our papers to the embassy but i have to bring the missing documents during the interview. apparently, my husband got an RFE, supporting document for his self-employment status. we already submitted a self-employment letter but that ws not enough i guess. they're asking for a written explanation about my husband's work. he is a limo driver and doesnt have a business license.

anyone who can help me how to write that letter of explanation about his work? what should i include?

It doesn't have to be fancy, they just wants to know what is your hubby job duty and $$$ he making.

They wants you to type up a letter with a company name on top.....some thing like:

This is nifty. I call NVC on Wednesday again. This week brings conclusion.

I got told they have to set interview date within a 4 week range for Germany. But I don't hold my breath.

I told NVC that once they computerize the last document, I am interview ready. (Got us laughing)

Did you read on me. I called NVC today...I have no other checklist. Divorce degree needs to be entered and I'm ready for finals.

According to instruction of I-864 yes he/she required prove of business license or tax-id. In this cases I read on some cases, NVC told them just type up a letter stating what type of work he/she perform and how much he/she are bringing in on a company letter head.........which I stated earlier post.

I-C you said......4 weeks from CC or after NVC scheduled date. They should get through your RFE by end of this week.

Federal bank in Frankfurt is either shutdown and enclosed with fences from protesters?. There's a big flood and few peoples reported been killed. US Embassy in Frankfurt will be closed during this time due to protester and flood. just kidding.

My daughter is going on Florida vacation this Wednesday. 1 week well earned.

I'm not sure exact question you have. Are you trying to send in your IV package (aka DS-230) ?. If yes......you will need to send in everything on the checklist. Where do you get the checklist of documents?....once you paid on the online portal at NVC there is a link on the email, click on it and it will direct you to NVC page.
