I was told the case is completed after they receive they missing documents.

Not sure why it taking them that long just to stamp the darn thing. Did the dissolution of married happen at that courthouse or at different court?.

I think because the 3 pages looked like anyone can type it. It only held a filing date and a judges initials.

I'm sure the check with the achieve. I say...it still seems much better than ordering new one.

As long as your documents have the official seal you're all good to go.

I say this whole process is waiting. A little busy in between, but really waiting.

I don't worry about interview. I'm not married and don't need to remember a husbands information.

If I'm asked about my children...what children...can't remember.

What are the asking me....I worry the officer says "NO"...

I got DS230 invoice today, so i am ready to send my DS230 .Just to clarify from u all, below are the documents i am going to send them.

They want you to attach a copy onto your original. Meaning ....original plus copy behind (# 2, 3, 6)

Yes but they dnt say anything about i-864 and what is the process about it,when my hubby called NVC,they have said it take 20 working days to give a result on i-864.

They always say 20 working days. Check with them when you reached 10 working days.

864 has nothing to do with DS230.
