If your case got entered into the NVC system, I assume you received (asked for) your case number and Invoice number for I-864.

With your case number you can email your DS-3032. With your Invoice number you can pay your $88 for the I-864 when the Visa payment center is loaded.

No i didnt ask for it, didnt know i should the lady just asked me for my telephone number and email address, but i will call back and ask for them.

I needed to check my timeline.

NVC received it on April 11 and entered April 19.

I emailed my DS-3032 immediately on April 19.

So...8 days.

Did you email your DS-3032 once they enter the case to the system? did they asked you to post mail your DS-3032???

I didn't attach the Form. I emailed the writing.

Subject line: DS-3032, case #, name, DOB

(in the body)

NVC case #

USCIS #

Petitioner name

Petitioner DOB

Beneficiary name

Beneficiary DOB

RE: Declaration of choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa Applicant

My name is _________, my visa case number is _________. Per DS-3032 (choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa Applicants), I would like to appoint "myself" ___________ as my agent of choice to receive all future correspondence from the U.S. Department of State. My contact information is provided below. Please let me know if you need additional information.

This was it. I mailed this to NVCINQUIRY@STATE.GOV without bar code. I was told if they need bar code they will request one. And if they do...I just attach the barcode and resend the same. But I received confirmation 30 seconds later that they received it. So far no one asked for anything.

I answered to neto123 the same. I hope it helps.

Hello Readerchoice,

Question: I checked for where to send the I-864w. All it says to: National Visa Center.

Will this be the same address like the DS-230 ???

National Visa Center

Attn: I-864W (AOS)

31 Rochester Ave., suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

????? or ?????

It's should be sent to the address shown on the cover letter and makes sure you write down exact attention to:.....from Online Portal.

Another one for you Readerchoice. My written statement. Please let me know what you think and any correction.

Date:

Re: I-864w statement

To: National Visa Center, I-864w department

I, Sonja_______ (formerly Sonja ______, as stated in my Form I-130) have earned and have been credited with 40 quarters of coverage under the Social Security Act. (SSA)

All the statement in my signed I-864w Form, claiming exemption request is true and correct, and giving you permission to check with the Social Security office.

With the Social Security changes after '2010 I can't request a new statement without physical address within the U.S. With mine being the beneficiary, my Physical address at this time is outside the U.S.

Does this sound good enough for a written statement ???

I'm not sure about I-864w statement but it looks good though. I would google and search for an example of I-864w statement from another members. Only thing I see missing on here is .....

Sincerely,

 I out it all out here to have no severe questions later:

This is my Cover sheet.

My name is Sonja _______, I have enclosed following items compromising the I-864w.

1. Bar code sheet

2. Statement (signed for true and correct claim of exemption)

3. Form I-864w (signed)

4. Social Security statement '2010

5. State of Maine statement (I never received public "TANF" care)

 Is this simple and good enough ?????

1. Bar code sheet >>> once they scanned in the system the cover letter will probably be discard so no need to mention it on here just my 2 cents

Rest looks good. But isn't it your daughter or petitioner should be filling out I-864 as well? even thought you're already qualified as i-864w.
