We filed on June 13th and received NOA1 on June 20th. We have 4 cases going through (wife and 3 children). Looks like we are going through the CSC, per the NOA1 letter. My estimate puts NOA2 sometime in November. I'm hoping it is sooner.

4/24/2008 -> Met my future wife

4/27/2008 -> Asked her to marry me - she said yes!

7/27/2008-8/11/2008 -> Visited my wife and met our daughter!

3/19/2009-4/5/2009 -> Visited my wife and met our two sons!

8/28/2009-9/13/2009 -> Visited my family in Manila - Family Reunion!

1/17/2010-7/4/2010 -> Stayed with my family in Manila for 6 months!

11/13/2010-1/16/2011 -> Visited family for holidays in Manila. Our son was born!!

4/21/2011-9/7/2011 -> Visited family in Manila. Celebrated 3 year Anniversary of meeting!

12/2/2011-3/14/2012 -> Visited family again in Manila! Married in Laguna on 2/13/2012!!! Also, celebrated birthdays and holidays!

6/13/2012 -> Filed I-130s in support of CR-1 and 3 CR-2s (wife, 3 children)

6/20/2012 -> Received NOA1s

9/17/2012 -> Received NOA2s

Hello other June filers. I am a USC and filing for my husband in France. I sent my I 130 paperwork on June 15th, received NOA1 June 18th, and it has being sent to the CSC. My priority date is June 2012, but I'm not really sure what that means. I am REALLY hoping for everything to be done with in November (through NVC processing and all)... but that may be pushing it!

Priority date is like your place in line. I guess it's the day they officially receive your paperwork, and begin the process. So (theoretically) if you have a priority date of 6/1, you should be done before somebody with a priority date of 6/30 (assuming same application type, service center, etc).

Unfortunately, no. I check my case online everyday... and it hasn't been "touched" since 06/19 when they received my petition. I certainly hope it has been "touched" since then because I sent in a corrected G325 A form for myself. I read on here somewhere that the USCIS website doesn't necessarily reflect the most recent information in regards to the "last updated" section, so I am hoping for the best!

Any one else have any news for their case?

Our NOA1 was June 4. I've been seeing some that filed in March of anywhere from 86-110 days for noa2. I'd be glad for 90-100!

One of my friends, they got their case at NVC now, at day 124 about. My wife has a son who we also sent a 130 for. Our timeline estimate is about Sept 7-14.

Hi, all. I have a priority date of June 7th. Good luck to everyone!

I hope Vermont picks up the pace a little. Currently at a little over 4.5 months.

Oh well, counting down the days, I guess. My wife is already moved into our new place in Florida (we moved her there together) and is all set up and ready for me to get there! It's only been 3 days since I've seen her, but it already feels like forever! Sucks that they make you wait so long.
