I think you got a NOA1.

NOPE! I RECIEVED MY NOA1 ON THE 15TH! THIS IS MY APPROVAL AND MY CASE STATUS SAYS POST DECISION ACTIVITY! THE VISA PEOPLE ON THE PHONE COULDN'T BELIEVE IT EITHER!

I don't think praying helps , it looks like it has more to do with a luck! anyway congrats, looks like Haiti has a priority (noticed on a few occasions)... Hope the rest of your journey will be as smooth :)

Im with you on that one.....If praying helped.....Many, Many, Many, would be approved in 10 days
