No NOA2 for us either (Jan 12 received/Jan 13 NOA1). I am hoping that we will get it before our 6 1/2 year anniversary next thursday :(

VSC is failing all of us right now..I would call tomorrow Nehelania. You might be eligible for a service request at least. Hopefully they aren't still processing "January 9th." Gotta love those scripts they read off of. They just want us to shut up and go away.

1/13/12 - I-129F Petition Submitted to Dallas Lockbox

1/18/12 - Received at Vermont Service Center

1/20/12 - NOA1

1/24/12 - Touched

2/09/12 - Touched

8/02/12 - NOA2 (197 Days After Received at VSC)

8/14/12 - Received at NVC (Assigned Case Number)

8/16/12 - Departed from NVC

8/20/12 - Arrived in US Embassy Kiev

8/28/12 - Information Received from Embassy via mail

9/12/12 - Interview (Approved)

9/19/12 - Visa Received via Elin Ltd. (FedEx)

10/05/12 - POE

My fiance is calling his congress person today to see what they can do.

That's the way to do it! There was a few of us contacting our congressmen last week and there will be a few who will do that this week. That should help them start moving through our petitions...We want to see some action this week!

Just call USCIS and made a Service request. Gotta wait 15 days. :bonk:

Glad you were able to do one ! We tried last week and got refused...what have changed ?

I called the 8003755283 number. The format change a bit. It use to be the 1st agent will transfer me to another agent coz my EAC# when type in doesn't appear on the website. Now the 1st guy just took my info and do the Service Request. Maybe you can try again? Nothing to lose anyway.

It worked for us, took 20 days though :thumbs:

Was it exact 20 days after "Service Request"?

25th Apr Our 5 months was up.

10th May Called and raised service request, told to wait 15 days and call back. (got ref number over the phone but no email confirmation)

25th May Called back, told to email vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov wait 21 days for reply then email SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov then wait further 10 days before calling on the phone again.

30th May case status checked, changed to PDA

I'm not sure if calling made any difference or not, there is no way to tell.

Ok guys update from USCIS

Finally after 5 months + and a service request my case status appeared on the website. :thumbs:

So now I can add this case to my portfolio and get an email/mobile update.

On the flip side they send me a RFE :unsure: by snail mail. Still waiting to receive it.

So its kinda sweet & sour. At least they looked into my case. Better than being in Limbo! :blink:
