Just want to know if there are other people who is in the same predicament or I'm the only guy who have a January 12, 2012 NOA1 and have not received the NOA2 up to now?

I read Feb NOA1 people are receiving their NOA2 already.

I'm sure you are not the only one. Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between June 4, 2012 and June 14, 2012*.

We are a few days past that, so I'm afraid you are still within normal processing times. Hopefully it'll come very soon, though! good.gif Hang in there!

Be sure to visit/read the January I-129F Filers thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/348558-january-i-129-filers/

As has been noted in other threads, it seems the Vermont Service Center is slowing down a bit while the California one is going a bit faster these days.

Maybe you can put in a service request after you are outside the processing time, but calling USCIS to simply inquire within the initial 30 days after the 5 months/processing time will likely only give you a "contact us in 30 days" response. This is more than likely because the NOA2 needs time to make it to your mailbox if you were approved on the mark.

Well at least I can do "Service Request"

Thanks for the word of comfort and encouragement.

I really would like to fly to Manila to visit my fiancee, I'm just waiting for the NOA2 so I can process/mail right away. If I only I can do it from Manila that would be great!

January 10 NOA1, received January 12, "touched" January 13. I put in a service request last Thursday. Very pleasant and helpful lady told me I would receive a response within 15 days. Given how the government works, I suspect that petitions are assigned to certain clerk based on various criteria and some are more efficient than others (at least that's what I keep telling myself and my fiance!!)
