My CR1 case has finally received a NVC case number and an IIN yesterday (but didn't give NVC rep my email address yet). Can I now email NVC the DS-3032 using VisaJourney's email template? If so, should I (the petitioner) or should my spouse (beneficiary) email NVC?

Thanks for all your help!!

Did they already have your email on file? That should be the first thing. A lot of people have to give their email address (and spouse's, also) first. In my wife and I's case, they already had the email addresses. So, as soon as we got the case number we just emailed the NVC the template from my wife's email address. They sent notifications of acceptance to both her and my email addresses. Just give them your email address and then email the DS-3032 to them. Your wife's email is ideal I would guess. Probably not a big deal but that's what we did and it worked fine. Good luck!

I got my case number on 6/11 and they asked petitioner and beneficiary's email address. They will accept DS-3032 only if it is sent from beneficiary's registered email address in their system otherwise it will not be accepted. Call NVC and make sure they have beneficiary email address in their system otherwise ask them to add it.

I sent DS-3032 on the same day when I got my case number and they accepted after 8 days.
