Good afternoon everyone, All is well with Farid and I, my parents are doing great and God has blessed us tremendously. We are cooking out today, it is 85 degrees here in South Texas. Fajitas, chicken and halal chicken as well on the grill, got potatoes, rice, beans and salad to go along with our late lunch/early dinner this evening. Familiy in Morocco doing well. Thank you God. Thursday is the day my husband will finally be a US Citizen. It'll be mostly low key. The kids will be at school/daycare and I took the day off of work. We'll go to the ceremony at the Minneapolis

I don't believe children that young should be manipulated into covering. Telling them they will go to hell if they don't cover is awful. What a terrible thing to tell a young child. My grandmother

Just popping in to say hello! I can't believe my husband has been here for 9 months already! Time flies. It has been a roller coaster, but still so grateful to be together. We are in the process of finding a new place to live, so we are ready for the next chapter in our lives to begin. Other than that, everything is pretty mundane. My dad has gotten better (not 100%, but he's alive :) ) We just got hit with an awesome blizzard (I love the snow, my husband, not so much), so enjoyed a snow day from work yesterday. I hope everyone is doing well!!

hi Tany good to here you both are well....I have heard from a few others that their SO's look outside and cant believe the snow in their area!!!

I have a question for others that have had there husbands come here about travel.

Are there any restrictions on when he can go back to visit Morocco?

Got his SS card and Resident Card...can one travel now?
