i have an interview today but I wasn't able to come cause I'm still waiting for some documents from my husband.can I have it rescheduled? is there a possibility that they will ask me why I wasn't able to come on my scheduled date? What would be the possible questions in my interview?

thanks for the input!

Go ahead and call them, explain what happened, you will have wait for another 2 weeks or more but you will still get your interview schedule, it happened to me

so I knew that you will still have it.

She could possibly bring any receipt or tracking number to show the embassy , maybe they will understand and offer a different date or just request the documents be mailed to them once submitted.

Please do something before its too late! it would be horrible to start all over again. Call or go in person !!!

Will all who are confusing this OP stop confusing her. The OP has an 130 petition, which doesn't expire, she needs to pick up the phone and call the embassy and re-schedule the interview.

The petition will not be considered to be abandoned, she does not need to bring any of her husbands financial documents, nor does she needs the courier receipt, nor does she needs to re-pay anything.

What she does needs to do is make the phone CALL NOW.
