i have an interview today but I wasn't able to come cause I'm still waiting for some documents from my husband.can I have it rescheduled? is there a possibility that they will ask me why I wasn't able to come on my scheduled date? What would be the possible questions in my interview?

thanks for the input!

You could have reschedule it before your interview date knowing that your waiting for some documents from your husband, .. I'm not sure if u could reschedule it after your schedule is over. Try to call USEM. Or you could have just came instead.. And what ever lacking documents you will just forward it after.

You don't need AOS documents at your interview for a spousal visa. The affidavit of support documents are already submitted during the NVC stage.

Didn't he send all that to the NVC? In which case it's already at the embassy..

Yep, that is what I said.....She does not need those documents for her interview.

Yes, he should have submitted all those as supporting documents for the I-864 form. You're not really REQUIRED to bring all those to the interview, but some CO's would like to see more recent paystubs. In which case, you would have only gotten a 221g form asking you to submit additional documentation if you had gone to your interview.
