Chill out, jeez. Try speaking to people a little nicer. I mis-read the topic. I apologize for my misinformation. It wasn't my intention to spoil everyone's day and I won't let you spoil mine.

nothing personal. I just wanted to know if the information you gave was true or false.

I am a March filer from VSC so I want to do my best to filter out the junk.

yes I know, our time will come.

I just hate the fact that while I am waiting, if my wife was to visit me here in the USA they could make here fly back to France because they are afraid she will never fly back after her visit. She has a work/visitor combo visa. Of course the Syrians can stay here. Why not let all the Syrians that want to be in the USA come on over? how does that sound? well the fact is... if they are here, they can stay here for 18 months plus!

I can see why so many people hate the US goverment. All they care about is being re-elected and money.

sure maybe 5% are straight people. it's to bad Lawyers run this country.

Guys !! i just got a text message from USCIS they told me to check on my case number on USCIS website and my I-130 got approved !!! i'm on VSC and March Filers..i got NOA1 on March7th 2012 :dance::dance: ..OMG!! i'm so happy :dance: ..For those who petitioned in march, dont worry, you will get your chance. We did, and now we are awaiting the next step!

08/23/2013- Pissed off.

03/14/2014- Recivied notice from USCIS. Reply due 04/16/14

04/12/2014- Reply mailed 300+ pages.

04/23/2014- Reply from USCIS they received the packet.

07/07/2014- Called my Congressman to check on progress.

07/08/2014- Got a call back from Congressman aid "USCIS is working on it".

07/09/2014- Got email from USCIS that my address change had gone through. I never requested an address change. Call Congressman and USCIS. Was an error an no address change...

07/10/2014- Received email from USCIS. We are approved again. I think the call to my Congressman helped.

08/04/2014- Application received from USCIS and forwarded to Kyiv.

08/19/2014- Interview Sept.19,2014

09/19/2014- Interview Approved.
